Our New Dual Belt Starter (pictured above) is Variable Frequency Drive controlled and water cooled (which means there are no fans to maintain), and is designed to keep maintenance times low. The cooling water can also be routed through the belt sprays for dust supression. The drive enclosure is designed to allow the drives to be easily removed and changed out with minimal downtime.

These conveyor systems contain (2) Variable Frequency Drives with digital keypads mounted away from the drive so they are easily accessible. The control system is also very easy to troubleshoot utilizing either PLC or Relay Logic.

• All controls and drives are housed in one skid assembly
•Dual 250HP Skid Dimensions: 120"L x 60"W x 38"H
•Controls can he hard wired, or use a PLC / MMI Combination
•The system uses ABB Torqure Controlled Variable Frequency Drives for Loadsharing between the two drives - the drives can also be controlled without using the PLC.
